A little about us..

Hi! I am Ken Doerdelmann and this is my family. I grew up in Northern Illinois, where I quickly learned to have a strong work ethic. I’ve always had a passion for cleanliness. So much, in fact, that one year for Christmas in Elementary School  I asked for my own vacuum to go in my room (I got one)! After Highschool I moved to Colorado where I eventually met my now wife, Shasta. These days our family is a little bit bigger with our daughter (Maraelee), and two dogs (Bucky and Wrangler). In 2018 we moved to Tennessee in hopes of finding a better place to grow and raise a family. We couldn’t be happier with that decision. When we aren't out Detailing, you can find us hiking, on the lake, or spending time with our family. 

My detailing journey began in High School, where i detailed cars of members at our local country club I worked at. After moving to Colorado, I started Fortitude Detailing, and eventually grew the business to Tennessee. Throughout the last 15 years I have focused on my passion, growing my knowledge of Detailing boats and cars.

Our main objective is to provide our Houseboat clients with the best service possible - focused on high quality and on time.
